A) Privacy Policy

 

This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of PERFEKTA's policies and practices regarding your Personal Data and how it is processed.

This Policy explains how PERFEKTA collects, uses and discloses your personal data.

PERFEKTA undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Consumer's personal data, allowing the User to access, rectify, update and cancel their Personal Data, as well as to make certain choices about how their Personal Data is processed.

PERFEKTA is obliged to comply with the applicable legislation in this matter, namely the rules contained in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), approved by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.

Please note that the provision of your personal data within the scope of the use of the Site implies knowledge and acceptance of the conditions contained in this Policy, complemented by the Terms and Conditions of Use, and our Cookies Policy.

We ask you to read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand PERFEKTA's policies and practices regarding your Personal Data and how it is processed.

1.    Framework

According to the GDPR, “Personal Data” is any “information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (”data subject“); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person”.

2.   Sources of Personal Data

This Policy applies to all Personal Data that PERFEKTA collects from and about the User through the following sources:

- PERFEKTA Websites - User-directed websites operated by PERFEKTA, including sites that PERFEKTA operates under its own domains/URLs and mini-sites it uses on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, X and Youtube;

- PERFEKTA mobile sites/apps - User-directed mobile sites or applications operated by or for PERFEKTA, such as smartphone applications;

- E-mail, text messages (SMS) and other electronic messages - Electronic communications between the User and PERFEKTA;

- Offline registration forms - Printed records and similar forms that PERFEKTA collects through, for example, postal mail, in-store demonstrations, contests and other promotions or events;

- Interactions with advertising - Interactions with PERFEKTA advertisements (for example, if you interact with one of PERFEKTA's advertisements on third-party websites, we may receive information about that interaction);

- Data campaigns created by PERFEKTA - In the course of your interactions with PERFEKTA, we may create Personal Data about you (for example, records of purchases made on our website). Data from other sources - Third-party social networks (e.g. Facebook, Google) or market research (always with authorization, and if the data has not been provided anonymously);

 Co-responsibility for the processing of Users' personal data begins from the moment the buyer pays for the selected product.

Whenever justified, PERFEKTA may use subcontractors, which are understood to be natural or legal persons who process personal data on its behalf, for which the users of the Site hereby give their express consent.

Subcontractors may be used for the purposes of: managing the commercial relationship between Buyers and Sellers. It may also be necessary for the provision of sales and supply services, payment processing and invoicing, guaranteeing the execution of due diligence and back-office operations, namely in terms of the technical and operational support and assistance necessary for the operation of the Site, as well as all other matters that may prove necessary and/or convenient.

Subcontractors, to whom PERFEKTA may have recourse, will implement all appropriate technical and legal measures to protect the personal data transmitted to them, in order to ensure the defense of the rights and interests of the respective holders.

4.   Characterization of the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Depending on how the User interacts with PERFEKTA (online, offline, telephone, etc.), PERFEKTA collects various types of information, as follows:

- Personal contact information - This includes any information provided by the User which allows PERFEKTA to contact him/her, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, social network details or telephone number;

- Account access information - Any information required to access the User's account profile. This may include the User's login ID/email address, username, password in unrecoverable form and/or security question and answer.

- Demographic information and interests - Any information that describes the User's demographic and behavioral characteristics. Such as date of birth, age or age range, gender, geographical location (e.g. zip code), products of interest, activities/hobbies, interests and household information and User lifestyle.

- Technical information about the computer / mobile device - Any information about the computer system or other technological devices that the User uses to access PERFEKTA's Website or applications, such as the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect the User's computer or device to the Internet, type of operating system and type and version of Internet browser. If the User accesses a PERFEKTA website or application via a mobile device, such as a smartphone, the information collected will also include, where permitted, the device's unique ID, advertising ID, geographic location and other similar mobile device data.

- Information on the use of websites/communications - When the User browses through PERFEKTA's websites and newsletters, interacting with them, PERFEKTA uses automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about the User's actions. This includes information such as the links you click on, the pages or content you view and for how long. Other similar information and statistics are also collected about your interactions, such as page response times, download errors and the duration of visits to certain pages. This information is captured using automated technologies such as cookies (browser cookies, flash cookies) and web beacons; information also collected through the use of third-party tracking. The User may object to the use of such technologies. For more details, see Section 4.

- Market research and user feedback - Includes information that the user voluntarily shares with PERFEKTA about their experience using the products and services it offers.

- User-generated content. Refers to any content that the User creates and then shares with PERFEKTA on third-party social networks or uploads to one of PERFEKTA's websites or applications, including the use of third-party social networking applications such as Facebook, among others. Examples may include photographs, videos, personal stories, etc. Where permitted, PERFEKTA may collect and publish User-generated content relating to a variety of activities, including contests and other promotions, website attributes, User engagement and third-party social networks.

- Information from third-party social networks - This refers to any information that you share publicly on a third-party social network or information that is part of your profile on a third-party social network (such as Facebook) and that you allow the third-party social network to share with PERFEKTA. Examples include your basic account information (e.g. name, email address, gender, date of birth, current city, profile picture, user ID, friends list, etc.) and any other additional information or activities that you allow the third-party social network to share. PERFEKTA receives your profile information from the third-party social network (or parts thereof) whenever you download or interact with a PERFEKTA application on a third-party social network, such as Facebook, or whenever you interact with PERFEKTA through a third-party social network. For more information on how User information on a third-party social network is obtained by PERFEKTA or to disable the sharing of such social network information, please visit the third-party social network's website.

- Payment and financial information - Any information you use to make a purchase or place an order, such as your debit or credit card details (cardholder name, card number, expiration date, etc.) or other forms of payment (if available). PERFEKTA or its payment processing service providers will handle payment and financial information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and security standards.

5.   Collection and processing of personal data

PERFEKTA shall be responsible for the processing of personal data transmitted in connection with the use of the Site, regardless of their nature or ownership, in relation to the following personal data of Buyers:

-First and last name - for the purpose of identifying Buyers;

-Address and postal code - for the purpose of sending the products purchased by the Buyers;

-E-mail address - for contact purposes;

-Telephone and/or cell phone number - for contact purposes (if necessary and requested);

-Tax identification number (TIN) - for tax purposes and for commercial transactions, invoicing and payment.

6.   Processing personal data

Access to and mere use of the Website by Users does not in itself imply the collection or processing of any personal data. However, whenever the User creates an account on the Site, data will be collected, depending on the purpose. The purposes for which data is collected and processed can be found in point 4 of this Policy.

7.   Transfers of personal data

In certain situations, personal data transmitted by Users of the Website may be transferred to other entities that provide services to PERFEKTA.

8.   Rights of personal data subjects

Users of the Website are guaranteed the right to access, rectify, withdraw consent, oppose processing for the purposes defined above, erase, limit and portability of the personal data they have transmitted.

The aforementioned user rights may be exercised at any time by sending written requests to the representative of the Data Controller at geral@perfekta.com, attaching proof of identification.

If the request is sent by a person other than the User, without providing proof that the request was legitimately made on their behalf, it will be rejected.

Without prejudice to the above, users of the Site who have transmitted their personal data may also submit a complaint, whenever they consider it appropriate, to the National Supervisory Authority (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados - CNPD), whose contact details can be found at www.cnpd.pt.

Please be advised that, under certain circumstances, PERFEKTA will not be able to delete your Personal Data without also deleting your user account. PERFEKTA may be obliged to retain some of your Personal Data after you have requested deletion in order to satisfy its contractual or legal obligations. PERFEKTA may also be authorized by applicable laws to retain some of your Personal Data to satisfy its business needs.

9.   Personal data retention period

PERFEKTA will take reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Data is only processed for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Thus, the personal data collected and processed by PERFEKTA will be kept for as long as the User's registration on the Website remains active.

When the user's registration on the Site is terminated, the personal data transmitted to PERFEKTA will be kept for up to one (1) year from that date, unless another retention period is required by applicable law.

However, as mentioned above, the User of the Site may, at any time, request PERFEKTA to delete the personal data it has transmitted.

10.  Safety Measures

In order to ensure the storage and protection of data, PERFEKTA adopts the following security measures:

- Encryption of all personal data transmitted to it;

- Mandatory use of a personal password for each User;

- Greater care is taken with data relating to Users' debit or credit cards. This type of data will not be stored, thus ensuring that third parties cannot access or use it;

- Constant checking and updating of computer servers in order to reduce any chance of attack or vulnerability.

NOTE: Measures to be adopted by the consumer:

It is important that the Consumer also takes an active role in keeping their Personal Data safe and secure. When signing up for an online account, the consumer should choose a password that is relatively complex so that others cannot guess it. You should never reveal your password to third parties. You are responsible for any use of your account and for keeping this password confidential. If you use a shared or public computer, you should never select the option to remember your login details, e-mail address or password.

You should also make sure that you log out every time you leave the computer in question. The Consumer should make use of any privacy settings or controls that PERFEKTA provides on its website or applications.

11.  Cookie's Policy

When accessing the Site, small files called cookies or connection tokens may be installed on the user's computer or mobile device. The use of cookies is standard practice on most websites. In order to provide its Users with a better browsing experience and update the Site with relevant functions, PERFEKTA uses cookies.

What are cookies?

The construction of modern websites depends on the implementation of a set of minimum functions to meet Users' browsing expectations.

Among other things, it is expected that for a certain period of time, websites will keep the actions and preferences of Users, namely their username, the language in which they want to browse the Site or other relevant settings related to the interface of the websites. Cookies are small information files that are stored on the device you use to access the internet through your browser and allow the implementation of the aforementioned functionalities.

What kind of cookies are there?

There are different types of cookies.

Considering the useful life of cookies, they can be:

1. Session cookies - these are temporary cookies and are deleted from the cookie file when the browser or application used to access the website is closed. This type of cookie makes it possible to analyze web traffic patterns, allowing us to identify problems and provide a better browsing experience.

All browsers allow the respective User to accept, refuse or delete cookies, namely by selecting the appropriate settings in their browser.

12.  Changes to the Privacy Policy

PERFEKTA reserves the right to make any necessary changes to this Policy. Whenever this happens, they will be published on the Site.

You are advised to check these Policies regularly for any updates or changes to PERFEKTA's policy.

B) Terms and conditions

 

1.    Scope and Object of the Terms and Conditions

The Service provided within the scope of these general conditions consists of providing access to the Online Shop through its website which, in addition to providing information on the products and/or services, allows the User to order the products advertised therein by electronic means, under the terms and conditions described herein.

The site is intended for the dissemination and marketing of PERFEKTA brand products, as well as products from brands associated with it.

The brands and product names used on the site are their property, or registered trademarks of their respective companies.

These Terms and Conditions apply to users of the site and to any operations and transactions, commercial or otherwise, carried out on the site.

They have been established in order to preserve the brand and its users.

Browsing the site and the social networks associated with the PERFEKTA brand implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer.

The PERFEKTA brand reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Product orders must be placed by Users aged 18 (eighteen) or over. Users under this age must have the authorization of their legal representatives.

The elements and information transmitted by the User on this platform shall enjoy full legal effect, with the User acknowledging his/her rights and responsibilities, and the User may not claim lack of signature for failure to comply with the obligations assumed.

2.   Intelectual Property

The Shop is a registered site and the service provided by the site itself is the responsibility of PERFEKTA.

The User acknowledges that the Service contains confidential information and is protected by copyright and related rights, industrial property and other applicable legislation.

The User acknowledges that any content contained in the advertising, highlighting, promotion or mention of any sponsor or advertiser is protected by the laws relating to copyright and related rights, the laws relating to industrial property and other property protection laws, so any use of such content may only occur under the express authorization of the respective owners.

The User undertakes to fully respect the rights referred to in the previous paragraph, namely by refraining from carrying out any acts that may violate the law or these rights, such as the reproduction, commercialization, transmission or making available to the public of this content or any other unauthorized acts that have the same content as their object.

3.   Consumer obligations 

The user undertakes to: 

i) Provide correct personal data and addresses; 

ii) Not use false identities; 

iii) Respect the order limits imposed. 

If any of the data is incorrect or insufficient, and for this reason there is a delay or impossibility in processing the order, or possible non-delivery, the responsibility lies with the User, and PERFEKTA declines any responsibility. 

In the event that the consumer violates any of these obligations, PERFEKTA reserves the right to eliminate future purchases, block access to the store, cancel the provision of any other services made available simultaneously by PERFEKTA to the same User; and also not allow future access by the User to any or all services made available by PERFEKTA. 

It is expressly forbidden to use the products and services purchased for commercial purposes, namely for the purpose of reselling goods.

4.   Product and Content Information

PERFEKTA will make every effort to ensure that the information provided does not contain typographical errors. These will be quickly corrected whenever detected. If you purchase a product that has different characteristics to those presented online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract under the applicable legal terms (right of withdrawal).

PERFEKTA will do everything possible to send all the products ordered, but it is possible that, in certain cases and due to causes difficult for PERFEKTA to control, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it will not be possible to make any of the products ordered by the User available. If a product is not available after you have placed your order, you will be notified by email. At that point, and if you have already paid for the product, you will be offered the chance to cancel the order and receive a refund.

All information on price, products, specifications, promotional actions and services may be changed at any time by PERFEKTA.

PERFEKTA will provide as much information as possible about the characteristics of the products offered. However, it is not responsible for the fact that the quality, service or information of the product does not meet the User's expectations in relation to it.

All products made using artisanal methods (handmade) will be expressly identified. PERFEKTA does not guarantee that handmade products will be perfectly identical. They may differ in tone and shape, and their form may not be completely symmetrical. No complaints or claims for compensation will be accepted for this (see point 6 - Complaints).

For the purposes of campaigns that are more financially accessible to the User, second choice products may be made available. These products will always be duly identified and their faults will be described in the product description.

5.   Pricing policy and product features 

The features, prices and specifications on this website are presented for information purposes only, and https://perfektayou.com reserves the right to modify the information, commercial conditions and commercial offers presented on products, prices and/or promotional campaigns at any time. 

If, for any reason, the photos presented or the characteristics of the product are not considered sufficiently clear, you should contact PERFEKTA for clarification and removal of doubts. 

In the event that the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase contract under the applicable legal terms. 

Product prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. 

The information available on the https://perfektayou.com  website is completely free of charge to its Users. Access to it does not create any kind of commercial or professional relationship between users and the brand.

6.   Complaints

If you consider the product to be defective, please send photographs to customercare@perfekta.com so that we can analyze the product. If it is found that these are irregularities resulting from the handmade process, PERFEKTA reserves the right not to accept the complaint.

Additional information

If, as a consumer, you consider that your rights have been violated, you can send a complaint to the email address customercare@perfekta.com, in order to resort to an out-of-court settlement.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution Body.

7.   Refunds and processing time

In the event of a cancellation, return or claim accepted by PERFEKTA (in accordance with the conditions described above), when the order arrives at the address, the refund will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 15 working days.

For chargeback/refund purposes, it is essential that you provide us with the bank identification number (NIB) of a bank in Portuguese national territory. As soon as the chargeback is made, you will be informed via the email address provided when you registered and which is part of your customer file.

PERFEKTA is not responsible for incorrect bank identification numbers that have been sent, or for accounts to which it no longer has access. Any fees and taxes that have been paid either with the shipment or with the return of the order will not be refunded. PERFEKTA is responsible for making all refunds to which the User is entitled.

8.   Safety conditions

All products and services marketed on the site comply with American Federal Law and New Mexico State Law.

The User undertakes to comply with all applicable legal provisions, in particular, not to practice or encourage the practice of unlawful acts or acts offensive to good customs, such as the indiscriminate sending of unsolicited communications (spamming) in violation of the provisions of the legislation applicable to the processing of personal data and advertising communications through automatic calling devices, and must also comply with the rules of use of the Service, under penalty of PERFEKTA suspending or deactivating the Service under the terms set out in point 4.

The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that the IP Network is a public electronic communications network that can be used by several users and, as such, is subject to computer overloads, so PERFEKTA does not guarantee the provision of the Service without interruptions, loss of information or delays.

PERFEKTA also does not guarantee the provision of the Service in situations of unpredictable overload of the systems on which it is based, or of force majeure (situations of an extraordinary or unpredictable nature, external to PERFEKTA and which cannot be controlled by it).

In the event of an interruption in the provision of the Service for reasons of unpredictable overload of the systems on which it is based, PERFEKTA undertakes to regularize its operation as soon as possible.

The input of data and information by the User, carried out within the scope of this Service, is presumed to be truthful, and PERFEKTA declines any responsibility arising from the abusive or fraudulent use of the information provided.

9.   Technical Configurations

Without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraph, PERFEKTA may change the Service and/or the technical conditions under which it is provided, as well as the respective rules of use, and must inform the User of such changes at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance.

10.  Updates

Whenever PERFEKTA deems it necessary or convenient to optimize the browsing experience and/or improve connectivity conditions, it may remotely reformulate the network settings.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraphs, and in view of the innovative nature of the Service and the technological developments to which it may be subject, PERFEKTA may change the technical configurations of the Service whenever this proves convenient in order to adapt it to possible technological developments.

11.  IT Security

The PERFEKTA brand is not responsible for any abusive acts, or misuse of its name, or of links relating to its domain.

PERFEKTA shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by misuse of the Service which is not directly attributable to it by way of intent or gross negligence.

The website is equipped with security systems that guarantee the protection of the data entered by Users. Prevention of unauthorized access to data, improper use of data, disclosure, loss and/or destruction is also ensured.

It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that their computer is protected against harmful software and computer viruses.

12.  Suspension and deactivation of the Shop Service

Regardless of any prior or subsequent notice, PERFEKTA may, at any time, and in its sole discretion, discontinue making the Service and or part of the Service available to one or all Users.

PERFEKTA also reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Service in the following cases:

a) When the User does not comply with the conditions of use referred to in point 3 (Consumer Obligations) and others referred to in the General Conditions;

b) When PERFEKTA ceases access to the Store, with prior notice of 15 days before the date of cessation.

The suspension or termination of the Service by PERFEKTA, under the terms of the preceding paragraphs, does not entitle the User, or third parties, to any indemnity or other compensation, and PERFEKTA cannot be held liable, or in any way encumbered, for any consequence resulting from the suspension, annulment, cancellation of the Service.

In the situations described above, PERFEKTA will notify the User in advance so that he/she can, if he/she wishes, safeguard the content of his/her order viewing area within 3 (three) working days of the email being sent or the information being made available on the main page of the Service.

13.  Data Transmission

Any content or communication of non-personal data that is sent to this website, and / or social networks associated with it, by email or any other means, containing information, questions, comments and / or suggestions will be treated as non-confidential data free of property rights.

The aforementioned data sent to us by email, or posted on our website or social networks associated with the brand, becomes the property of PERFEKTA and may be used under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, disclosure, reproduction, publication and dissemination of content on the web.

In addition, PERFEKTA is completely free to use, for any purpose it deems appropriate, the ideas, creations, suggestions, and concepts in general, present in any communication you send us. Their use is exempt from monetary compensation to the provider of such data, who has made it available voluntarily.

When you submit information on the site or its associated social networks, you simultaneously guarantee that the contents are your responsibility and not defamatory, and that PERFEKTA's use of them will not violate any third party rights or applicable law. PERFEKTA is not obliged to use the information provided.

 

 

C) Returns Policy

 

1) Framework

This returns policy has been drawn up on the basis of current legislation and may be updated without prior notice.

2) Free resolution and return period

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring any costs (apart from the cost of returning the product(s)) and without having to state the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer (with the exception of the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product(s).

Thus, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, any purchase made in the store can be returned within 14 days of receipt. After this period, it will not be possible to offer a refund or exchange the item(s).

If the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, they must complete and submit a clear declaration of withdrawal from the contract. You can contact the store within the above-mentioned time limit to request the Free Resolution form or explicitly state via e-mail to info@perfekta.shop that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

The contact made by e-mail must refer to the following data:

● Name of recipient;

● Telephone/mobile contact;

● Order number;

Date of order;

Date the order was received;

● Number of products and/or services purchased.

Upon receipt of the request for free termination of contract, a response will be given as soon as possible in order to expedite and schedule the collection of the product(s) purchased.

3) Conditions for return

For a purchase to be eligible for return, the items purchased must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. They must also be returned in their original packaging and without signs of misuse or mishandling.

Products that are considered perishable cannot be returned. Examples include foodstuffs, flowers, newspapers and magazines.

Products related to personal hygiene or intimacy will also not be accepted for return, as well as {other examples of types of products}.

Returns should always be made to the merchant and never to the supplier of the products and/or services.

4)Documentation

In order for the return process to be completed, it will be necessary to include the purchase invoice, proof of payment and the return form.

5)Reimbursement

The value of the product(s) and delivery costs will be reimbursed in full within 14 days of the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw.

PERFEKTA - THE BIO LIFESTYLE is not obliged to reimburse additional return costs such as a different and more expensive method of collecting the product(s) than the one presented by us. In the event that PERFEKTA - THE BIO LIFESTYLE requests collection of the product(s) from the customer, the refund process will begin upon receipt of the product(s). The customer will be notified of this process by e-mail.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations where there is an express agreement and the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

If you do not receive your refund within the specified period, please check your bank account again. If you still can't confirm that the amount has been deposited, please also contact your bank manager. If you still have no feedback, please contact the bank. 6)Exchanges

An exchange of items is only accepted when the order is defective, incomplete, incorrect or damaged during delivery. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by e-mail at the following address:

7)Offers

If the item has been gifted, it will only be accepted for exchange on presentation of the gift receipt.

Shipping costs :

The shipping costs initially paid will be included in the amount to be refunded, as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law no. 24/2014.

If the customer wishes to use a different method of collection from that defined by PERFEKTA - THE BIO LIFESTYLE, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs for returning the product to the store, whether for return or exchange purposes.

We cannot guarantee that items will be returned or that they will arrive in the same condition as when they were sent.

8)International returns

In the case of an order delivered abroad, the return process is based on the above conditions.

2) PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

IMMEDIATE DELIVERY ITEMS

Items labeled ''immediate delivery'' refer to products ready to be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of confirmation of payment for your order.

Please note that if you choose a product with ''immediate delivery'' using the manual payment method known as ''Ref. Multibanco'' or ''MB Way'' you must pay the amount immediately in order to reserve the “immediate delivery” product.


If you do not pay immediately, and this 'immediate delivery' item is ordered by another customer who pays before you do, your order will be sent to us, which will take between 2 and 10 days.

3) CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS

 

Pieces labeled “made to order”, or which do not indicate that they are available from immediate stock, refer to products that will be handmade following your order within 2 to 10 working days of confirmation of payment.

At Perfekta we do not guarantee that all the products included in the online store will be in immediate stock at the time of your order. We ask for your understanding on the delivery time, as all products are handmade by us from start to finish and some of the processes are driven by nature that we cannot control.

 

As all baskets are made by hand, one at a time, the time to dispatch varies depending on the number of simultaneous orders and the item you are purchasing.

 

On the same day as your purchase, we'll send you an email with a reliable shipping estimate that takes these details into account. We promise to be quick! If the date we give you in the email is too late for you, let us know when you need your item and we'll give your order priority.

4) SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous clause regarding the availability of products, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, orders will be shipped within the date set out in the ''Status of Your Order #XXXXX'' email sent by us after purchase.

Shipping costs are made worldwide via Eurosender, which has a wide range of international partners that ensure delivery by the local carrier in your city.

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this by setting a new date.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that “delivery” has taken place, or that the order has been delivered, at the signature of the person present at the agreed address.

5) Impossibility of delivery

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the fact that no one is there to take care of it, the carrier in question will leave a pick-up notice for you to go to the carrier's nearest service desk.

If the order is returned to the Perfekta establishment due to unsuccessful delivery because of missing address, lack of pick-up, insufficient/incorrect address, among others, due to customer error, Perfekta is not responsible for reshipment costs. These reshipment fees on return items will be charged to the customer on a second attempt at shipping/delivery.

6) Customs, taxes and duties

Please note that all prices quoted on this site do not include import taxes. For countries outside Europe, your order may be subject to a customs duty or tax, which is charged as soon as your order arrives in the country of delivery. Perfekta cannot be held responsible for these taxes or duties.
